What is Life Coaching?

Curious about what life coaching is all about? As a Certified Life Coach, I can confidently say that life coaching is a powerful tool that helps produce extraordinary results in unique ways. Unlike other talk therapies, life coaching focuses on creating a roadmap for your future by deep diving into where your current belief systems,  values, behaviors, and ego's identity/inner dialog was founded and how they may be holding you back.

As your life coach, I will help you discover your triggers and understand how they influence your dominating behaviors that may not be in alignment with your highest and greatest good. What is the Hybrid Program?

The Hybrid Program is a unique combination of life coaching and business consulting that helps entrepreneurs and executives achieve their personal and professional goals. Life coaching and business consulting are powerful tools that produce extraordinary results in unique ways. In this program, we combine both approaches to help you create a roadmap for your future and overcome any obstacles that may be holding you back.

Most business owners, solo owners, and high-level executives fall into this program because life will always impact how we perform in business. By design, this impact can also influence the outcomes we're able to create. This is where the Hybrid Program comes in. It is the most transformational and the highest level of work that I do, and it involves intuitive healing, guided somatic therapies, mediation work, and more.

In the hybrid program I will help you gain clarity on your truest, most raw and real aspirations, and develop a step-by-step plan to calling them in. We will work on both personal and professional aspects of your life and business, including deep diving into where your current belief systems, values, behaviors, ego's identity/inner dialog were founded, and how they may be holding you back. We will also audit and see where your systems, structures, policies, procedures, sales, marketing and everything in between are falling short of producing the outcomes in your business that you know you’re capable of achieving if all were aligned.

What is an Intuitive Healer?

Great question! Let me break it down for you. As an intuitive healer, I use my mastered intuition to tap into your energy and identify any blockages, areas of imbalance, or areas in your frequency that need healing or release. I then use a combination of Somatic Therapies, Breathwork, Mediation, Reiki, Prompted Journaling, and Sound Therapy and in my In Person Immersions, as an LMT I also incorporate Massage Therapy to help release those blockages and restore balance to your body, mind, spirit, and soul.

Together, these modalities create powerful tools that I incorporate and use to help clients achieve their greatest levels of success in life and/or business by regulating their nervous system, grounding, and truly anchoring in. I bring certifications in all of these areas to my work, and every client in all of my programs has access to this level and layer of what I offer.

In addition to these modalities, I also use tools like Human Design, Gene Keys, Enneagram, Chakra Systems, Astrology, and more to support us in fully understanding who you are, what you do, and why. By using these tools, we can gain a deeper understanding of your unique strengths and challenges, and use that knowledge to help you achieve your goals.

How can I work with you?

When you work with me, we will have 1:1 sessions via Zoom focused on your specific area of need. Our journey together includes two calls per month, each lasting between 60-75 minutes. Additionally, you will have unlimited access to me via Voxer throughout the duration of our coaching relationship.

In addition to our 1:1 work, I also offer private or couples immersion experiences for current clients. These experiences can take place onsite with you or your staff, or in person in my private sanctuary, or in a location of your choosing, such as an Airbnb or hotel.

Other than my individual coaching offerings, I also have a membership portal with different self-led/at-your-own-pace micro minds, masterminds, masterclasses, and other teachings. 

For business clients, I also offer The Tool Box which includes access to spreadsheets, workbooks, and other tools that can be purchased with or without a program to best support you in all aspects of the business of business.

How do I pay?

Monthly Invoicing is done via PayPal or Stripe.

Based on the contract start time and agreement, billing is on the 1st or the 15th of each month.
